Delete your account
Last updated 28 September 2026
You can delete your Mentor account, published by 12719967 Canada Inc., and the data tied to it at any time, from the app or by email. Deletion is permanent. We can't restore an account or its history afterwards.
Before you start
Deleting your account does not cancel a Mentor Pro subscription. Apple or Google bills it, so cancel it first in your store settings, or it will keep renewing. The support page has the steps. Any Mentra points you hold are lost when the account is deleted.
Delete it in the app
- Open Mentor and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm.
Your account and data are deleted right away, and you are signed out.
Delete it by email
If you no longer have the app or can't sign in, email info@mentoraiapp.com from the address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my account". If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, tell us that and we'll help you confirm the account is yours. We may ask you to confirm the request, then we delete the account within 30 days and reply when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in account, including your email address and name.
- Your conversations with the mentor, your goals, onboarding answers and the mentor's memory of them.
- Your bank connections: we tell Plaid to end them, and delete the accounts, balances, transactions and recurring bills we stored.
- Your calendar events and calendar list.
- Your location, wake-up settings, routines, reminders, notifications and push token.
- Your daily briefs, poll answers, Mentra points, streaks, MENTOR Score and referral code.
- Our record of your subscription status and your usage counts.
What is kept
- Purchase records at Apple and Google. They keep your purchase and billing history under their own policies. We can't delete it.
- Subscription history at RevenueCat. The service that tracks subscriptions for us keeps the purchase history for your anonymous app user ID. It holds no name or email from us.
- Plaid's own records. Plaid keeps the data it collected when you connected a bank under its end user privacy policy. Contact Plaid to ask for its deletion.
- Rate-limit counters. A few counters that cap how many messages an account can send stay in our database. Each holds a count and a time under your account's anonymous ID, and nothing else.
See our privacy policy for more on what we collect and why.
